What are your business hours?
Our office is staffed Monday thru Friday, from 7am – 5 pm. But we offer 24 hour service. For emergencies call 720-956-1447.
Do you have a trip charge?
No, but we do have a 1 hour minimum charge. Additional time is charged in ½ hour increments Call 720-956-1447 for rates.
Are you licensed?
Yes, we are licensed with the State of Colorado, as well as all metro area jurisdictions.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry Workman’s Compensation and General Liability insurance. We can provide certificated of insurance if required.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, checks (subject to verification), and good old cash (exact amount only – our service techs do not carry cash).
Can I change an existing switch to a dimmer switch?
In most cases, yes. We will need to know exactly what type of lights are being dimmed in order to select the proper dimmer switch. Call 720-956-1447 to schedule an appointment.
One of the outlets in my dining room is not working, do I need to call an electrician?
First, check to see if you have a tripped breaker. If so, simply reset the breaker. If it continues to trip, or no breaker is found tripped, we recommend you call an electrician, as there could be a short or other problem.
I have a breaker that keeps tripping, does it need to be replaced?
Possibly. The problem could be in the breaker itself, you could overloading the circuit causing the breaker to trip, or there could be a short or defective outlet or switch on the circuit. If you are not overloading the circuit, you should call a certified electrician right away.
The dryer plug does not fit into the outlet in our new house, do I have to get a new dryer?
No, the outlet can be changed to work with your current dryer.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, on any job over $1,000, we offer a 15% discount. Other discounts may be available for repeat customers, just ask our service representatives.
